Whitefield wird neuer Armelsponsor des FC Schalke 04

Whitefield becomes the new sleeve sponsor of FC Schalke 04.

Datum: 19.01.23

Just in time for the start of the second half of the season, FC Schalke 04 introduces a new sleeve sponsor: The logo of the Whitefield Group will now adorn the team’s shirts, replacing HARFID as the previous partner. The contract will initially run until the end of the current season. The team, led by head coach Thomas Reis, will debut the new sleeve sponsor in their away game against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday (January 21, 3:30 PM).

As part of the partnership established in 2018 with FC Schalke 04, HARFID became the sleeve sponsor for the Royal Blues for the 2021/2022 season. Whitefield is now continuing the sponsorship on the same level. As a premium partner, the Berlin-based company will not only be present on the shirt sleeve but will also receive advertising rights inside the VELTINS-Arena. In the Knappenschmiede, however, HARFID’s logo will continue to be displayed until the end of the current season. The same applies to all jerseys available for purchase in the fan shops or through the online store, as these jerseys were pre-branded during the standard delivery process. In line with the club’s sustainability standards, these jerseys will not be destroyed but will continue to be offered.

Tanaz Vakili, Chief Legal Officer of the Whitefield Group, also looks forward to the partnership: “The recent collaboration with FC Schalke 04 has marked the beginning of a trusting partnership. We are excited to continue working together so that we can make progress as partners and further expand our mutual success.”

The Whitefield Group, based in Berlin, is a medium-sized company operating across Europe. Since 2020, Whitefield Investment AG, as the holding company of the Whitefield Group, has been 100% involved in its subsidiaries: Whitefield Real Estate GmbH, Whitefield Construction GmbH, Whitefield Landbanking Fund GmbH, and Whitefield Capital GmbH. Since 2020, the company has invested nearly 680 million euros in real estate, projects, and properties in Germany.
